Snr/Consultant - Perms - Bedfordshire

Up to £40k basic Car allowance (dep. on experience) Superb uncapped commission Free parking

• Offer full 360 Contingency and Contract recruitment solutions; UK and Overseas

Position

• Experienced Senior/Consultants are required to help strengthen  their highly successful Perms team
• This will be a full 360 role specialising within your vertical market, placing disciplines at all levels across various sectors including but not limited to - Manufacturing (Food/Non Food), Power & Process, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Engineering, Automotive, I.T & Technology etc….
• Will report into the General Manager who has enjoyed a long and stable career within recruitment and has helped develop the business in to a very stable and profitable team
• Great opportunity to prove a success and in time build a team within your division

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum 12-18 months  recruitment experience Perm/Contracts within Technical/Engineering or affiliated recruitment sectors
• You will be articulate, enthusiastic and able to sell at all levels
• A self starter with the desire to progress their career, demonstrate good sales and be consistent biller
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
