Divisional Director – Off Framework Medical Recruitment

c.£60k basic Fantastic uncapped OTE £100k+ Generous car allowance c£7k Pension Healthcare

Position

• You will be responsible for the off-framework business recruitment division for Public and Private sectors
• This challenging but highly rewarding role will involve motivating teams, training and development, budgets & forecasts, strategic reviewing of systems processes and procedures to ensure profitability is maintained as well as opening new locations

Requirements

• Previous multi-site senior operational management experience is required.
• A track record of developing recruitment divisions across Healthcare recruitment
• Operationally/Sales minded self-starter who possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your sales and profits forward.
