Job profile:
The purpose of the role is to oversee the efficient running of a busy Lettings Agency.
· Overseeing a small team of staff.
· Constantly liaising with landlords and tenants.
· Requiring the ability to resolve difficult issues.

Person profile:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has managed a Lettings Department previously. However, consideration will be given to someone with Lettings experience and training will be provided.

Company profile:
Our client is a small and friendly family owned business.

Skills profile:
This role requires the ability to work within a busy and demanding environment with excellent organisational and management skills. Must be able to drive and have full use of a car.
