Job Description

Are you a Home Manager? RGN qualified? Looking for a new opportunity within Buckinghamshire? If so, the following role may be of interest to you. RGN Home Manager required to manage a busy nursing and residential home in Buckinghamshire, that operates within an expanding healthcare organisation in the South East. Working on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home to include recruiting and training of staff, ensuring that the health and well being of residents is met as well as responding to any complaints appropriately and undertaking disciplinaries as necessary. In addition, you will also manage and work within the home budget, ensure that staffing levels adequately meet the needs of the home and undertake audits throughout both day and night duties to ensure that any areas of concern are highlighted. This is a full time role and will require you to be available for on call as necessary as this is a nursing home, applicants must be a RGN with a valid NMC PIN and will ideally hold the NVQ 4 qualification or equivalent as well as previous managerial knowledge within the nursing home environment as well as budgetary control.
